Shirt bar services for bachelorette parties

The core of every booking is the live shirt station, but Merch Troop runs a full event-printing menu — so the bar can grow hats, totes, patches, and keepsakes without adding a second vendor.

Live shirt printing station running front and center at a packed nighttime party

The live shirt station (the headliner)

A staffed press, a rack of blanks in everyone's size, and a design menu we build with you before the trip. Full-color prints via live DTF transfer — photos, gradients, gold-look foils, and tiny text all print clean. Each guest personalizes her shirt with a name, title, or number, and it's pressed in about a minute. No minimums per design, so twelve guests can pick twelve different looks and still match.

Design menu & art prep

Send us the bride's name, the hashtag, the font from the invitations — whatever exists. We come back with four to six shirt designs sized and print-ready, plus a personalization list (names, titles, back prints) the crew votes on in the group chat. Already have artwork from an Etsy purchase? We'll check the file and press exactly that.

Two guests in freshly customized matching pink trucker hats from the hat bar

Hat bar add-on

Richardson 112 truckers, Flexfit dad caps, and bucket hats with pressed patches or on-the-spot embroidered nicknames. The hat bar is the daytime sibling of the shirt bar — it owns pool days, boat days, and brunch. Most groups run shirts at night one and hats the next morning.

Laser engraved straps personalized with guests' names as event keepsakes

Engraving & keepsakes

Laser-engraved bag tags, bottle openers, and name straps guests keep on their luggage for years. We can also embroider one heirloom piece for the bride — a robe, denim jacket, or sweatshirt with her new name — pressed and presented at the party.

Pink XOXO chenille patches pressed onto a guest's crossbody bag

Patch & tote station

Chenille and embroidered patches pressed onto canvas totes, denim, and hats. Great for mixed groups where not everyone wants a shirt, and totes double as the weekend's favor bags.

Staffing, setup & teardown

Every booking includes a Merch Troop operator (two for crews over 20), arrival about an hour early, and full teardown. You supply a corner of the room and an outlet; we supply everything else, including the lint roller.

What a typical booking includes

  • Pre-trip design consult and a print-ready menu of 4–6 looks
  • Blanks sourced in the crew's sizes (Bella+Canvas 3001 tees standard; tanks, crops, and crewnecks on request)
  • A staffed press with a two-hour live window — extendable if the party runs long
  • Personalization on every piece: names, titles, dates, back prints
  • All equipment, tables, and signage styled to your color scheme
