Bachelorette shirt bar pricing

Every party is quoted individually, but you shouldn't have to fill out a form just to learn the ballpark. Here it is, along with exactly what moves the number up or down.

The honest ballpark

A fully staffed live station starts around $5,000 for local Southern California events. That figure covers the press and equipment, an operator, setup and teardown, art prep, and the blanks for a typical crew. Staffing runs $250 per hour and the clock includes setup and teardown time, not just the window when the bar is open. Parties outside our Orange County / Los Angeles / San Diego home zone add a flat $900 travel fee — that's the number that gets us to a Vegas suite or a Scottsdale rental.

For a 10–15 person bachelorette, that usually pencils out to less than a nice dinner per head — and unlike the dinner, everyone leaves wearing it.

What moves the quote

FactorWhy it matters
Crew sizeEight guests and thirty guests use the same press but different amounts of blanks, transfers, and staff. Crews over 20 get a second operator so the line never stalls.
Live windowTwo hours is the sweet spot for most parties. A brunch-to-sunset open bar costs more; a tight 90-minute kickoff costs less.
Garment tierBella+Canvas 3001 tees are the standard. Flowy tanks, crops, crewnecks, or a premium robe for the bride shift the blank budget.
Add-on stationsHat bar, patch totes, engraving, and bride keepsakes each add product cost and sometimes a second crafter.
TravelOC, LA, and San Diego are home turf. Everywhere else adds the flat $900, plus lodging only for multi-day formats.

Ways crews keep the budget friendly

  • Shorten the window. A 90-minute bar during the pregame covers 15 guests easily.
  • Cap it per guest. One shirt each included; extra pieces available à la carte so the enthusiasts subsidize themselves.
  • Split it in the chat. Most maids of honor collect one flat amount per guest with the house and dinner money. We invoice one person, once.
  • Stack the weekend. If the bridal shower and the bachelorette are in the same month, ask about booking both dates together.

Get the real number

Date, city, and headcount is all we need to quote it properly.

One crew member fills this out for the whole group. Merch Troop replies with availability, a design menu, and a real number.
